Who are these so called 'experts'. They usually appear when the government wants to force South Africans to accept some BS plan.
Lies as usual. They want to legalise another sector for illegal foreigners. While knowing that sector is already dominated by foreigners. The benefits for locals will be minimal to nonexistent.
There's no political will
Yes definitely. Problem is regulation & health & safety laws. It needs to be controlled else people will die or work in very bad conditions. To adhere to this cost money which they don't have. Maybe with some investment & leadership this could possibly work.
