There is no downside to cleanliness! Health, a sense of pride and belonging & success are directly related to a clean, orderly environment! Just look at the surrounds of successful people - always clean & tidy! The fact remains, our streets are not up to standard wrt cleanliness. Kigali is way more clean, let's learn and adopt their method.
