The tool would help users write faster, review outlines of longer Slack chats, and mine channels for information, according to the company. "The ChatGPT app for Slack deeply integrates the power of OpenAI's cutting edge large language models into Slack's conversational interface," Slack's chief product officer Noah Desai Weiss said in the statement."This will give customers new superpowers by helping them tap the collective knowledge of their organization's channel archives."
Salesforce also said its AI tool called"Einstein GPT" will help clients use AI-generated content for customer service and marketing purposes. "This comes at a pivotal moment as every company is focused on connecting with their customers in more intelligent, automated, and personalized ways," Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff said in the company's statement Tuesday.
