Jetstar flight from Melbourne to Bali forced to turn back over mid-air incident

A Jetstar flight was forced to turn around midair on Monday after a passenger became disruptive. Flight JQ43 from Melbourne to Denpasar turned back two hours into its journey, the airline confirmed.

Chaos on Jetstar flight as abusive passenger forces plane to turn around. “The captain decided to return to Melbourne to get assistance from the Australian Federal Police after a passenger became disruptive just under two hours into the flight,” the spokesperson said. “We know this was a difficult experience for other customers and our team members, and we thank those who assisted with the situation.
