Energy Minister Angus Taylor says Labor’s 45 per cent emission reductions target is ‘very aggressive’ and will prove to be a ‘wrecking ball’.

Labor has announced it plans to cut emissions by 45 per cent by 2030, and reach a 50 per cent renewable energy target by 2050 if it is successful at the upcoming federal election. Mr Taylor says slashing emissions by such extreme measures, means slashing major industries that support Australian jobs and the national economy. Image: News Corp Australia
