Louisville Metro Police Department has taken action while releasing new vision of the stunning arrest of world No.1 golfer Scottie Scheffler. Scheffler was sensationally detained ahead of the second round of the US PGA Championship last Friday after trying to drive into Valhalla Golf Club in heavy traffic caused by an earlier, unrelated accident in which a male pedestrian died after being struck by a shuttle bus.
New vision of Scottie Scheffler’s arrest emerges. It was widely thought he had done something seriously wrong in his haste to get to the course, but new vision from a static camera fixed on a pole opposite the entrance to the course appear to tell a different story. While the footage is grainy from the static camera, it appears to show police officers approaching Scheffler in his car, with the car stopped, and Scheffler compliant.
